After months of regional competitions at Whole Foods Market stores nationwide, Frank Ficarra from the Wellington store recently took home the “Finest Fishmonger” crown.
Ficarra has been filleting fish for more than 30 years. He is originally from Queens, N.Y., and has lived in the Wellington area for the past 13 years.
