Oak Bistro & Wine Bar celebrated its one-year anniversary on Tuesday, Dec. 1. At the event, Oak Bistro debuted a new tapas menu and new wines. Attendees brought toys for the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots program. There were also raffles with many great prizes.
