Panther Ridge Conservation Center held a fundraiser on Friday, Sept. 2 at World of Beer in Wellington. Meeka, a 9-week-old panther cub made an appearance for photos with people who made a donation. There was also a 50/50 raffle. Sixteen big cats residing at Panther Ridge in Wellington need maintenance repairs and some new enclosures. Tours are by appointment only.
