Pet Haven Rescue will host its fourth annual gala on Saturday, Jan. 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the Wanderers Club in Wellington. The gala will benefit Pet Haven Rescue’s cage-free animal sanctuary, which has received national acclaim on NBC’s Nightly News for its innovative no-kill facility in Loxahatchee Groves.
Funding will support low/no cost spaying, neutering, vaccinations, micro-chipping, veterinary care, training, housing and feeding expenses.
Pet Haven Rescue’s Board of Directors includes President Carole Chapuis, Vice President Jessica Nicodemo, Dr. Steffani Morris-Moe, Megan O’Neil Weinberger and Tara Lordi.
Pet Haven Rescue is revolutionizing the idea of traditional shelters and giving animals without a home, or that might have been killed, an incredible environment where they can roam and grow.
The Jan. 20 event is a vital, exciting step forward to raise the profile of such an important organization that is opening eyes nationwide about the future of animal shelters. The evening will include silent and live auctions, food, drinks and dancing.
Tickets are $175 per person, available at www.pethavenrescue.org or by mailing checks to Pet Haven Rescue, P.O. Box 212307, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33421; or contact Dorothy DeMartino at firstname.lastname@example.org or (561) 282-7022.
