Dreyfoos SOA ‘Goes Old School’ Jan. 16 In Delray

Join friends and supporters of the School of the Arts Foundation at Dreyfoos Goes Old School on Wednesday, Jan. 16. The gala event at the Old School Square Cultural Arts Center and Crest Theatre in Delray Beach will feature performances and art exhibitions by the very talented high school students of the Dreyfoos School of the Arts.

The event will be held in multiple locations on the Old School Square campus at the intersection of Atlantic and Swinton avenues from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Patrons should plan to arrive on time as the evening flows from one venue to the next.

Enjoy dinner by the bite with delicious food courtesy of Dada restaurant from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. while listening to the Dreyfoos jazz combo and viewing student work from the visual art, digital media, communication and film departments. Bid on silent auction items of student art and performances.

From 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Crest Theatre, guests will be entertained by the Dreyfoos dance, theatre and music departments. To complete the evening, dine on decadent desserts while enjoying performances from the Dreyfoos music department.

Wine for the event is being provided courtesy of Boston’s on the Beach and 50 Ocean.
