Wellington Elementary School recently participated in the Heroes for Education 5K. The school is proud to announce that it earned first place for the “Fastest Elementary School.” As a result, the “Wildcats on the Run” earned a $500 prize. Additionally, fifth-grader Eden Tiscione won first place for the girls 10 & Under age group with a time of 22:55 minutes — an amazing accomplishment.
