Thursday, May 21 was an exciting day for two Seminole Ridge High School students. Not only did Druann Clarke and Keiren Jose Felix Navely walk at their afternoon high school graduation ceremony, but they also attended the Cresswind Women’s Club evening meeting, where they were presented with a monetary scholarship award and certificate of academic achievement.
The club’s Scholarship Committee chose these two students as the winners from multiple applications received. The club is proud to have awarded scholarships for three consecutive years as part of its mission statement to support the community.
Druann will attend the University of South Florida in Tampa to pursue pediatric medicine. Keiren will attend Palm Beach Atlantic University and will also pursue pediatric medicine.
The students were accompanied by their families at the event. The Cresswind Women’s Club congratulates the honorees and offers them best wishes for a bright future.
