Cardinal Newman High School will welcome prospective students and their families to an open house on Sunday, Nov. 1 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The beautifully landscaped, 40-plus-acre campus is located at 512 Spencer Drive in West Palm Beach. Registration is required.
For more than 65 years, Cardinal Newman has provided students with a premier, college preparatory Catholic education. Guided by its mission to educate the whole person, spirit, mind and body, the school strives to build life’s champions through faith, academics, servant leadership and a strong family atmosphere.
Student-led tours will give families a firsthand look at the Cardinal Newman experience. Prospective students and their parents will visit classrooms, explore the campus, and meet teachers, academic department heads, counselors and athletic coaches.
Families will be greeted by the Cardinal Newman band and cheerleaders, while the Crusader mascot will be available for photos. Light bites and refreshments will also be served.
“Open House gives families the opportunity to experience what makes Cardinal Newman such a special place,” Cardinal Newman President Charles Stembler said. “They can explore our campus, meet members of our community, and see how our faith-filled environment helps young people grow academically, spiritually and personally. We look forward to welcoming prospective families to Crusader Nation.”
Cardinal Newman offers a rigorous, student-centered curriculum that includes 22 Advanced Placement courses, along with honors, dual enrollment and learning strategies courses. Students benefit from small classes, individualized attention and a supportive family environment.
