Matthew Philmus and his twin sister, Lauren, both have received $1,000 scholarships from the Delray Medical Center. The scholarships were awarded based on academic performance, community involvement, and recommendations from their teachers and employers. Both are 2012 graduates of Wellington High School. Lauren (3.98 GPA) will attend Florida State University, and Matthew (3.77 GPA) will attend the University of North Florida.
