Tijuana Flats recently recognized a number of individuals for their outstanding commitment and dedication at an awards ceremony during the 10th annual Tijuana Flats Business Review and Celebration in Orlando. The company hosted the awards ceremony to recognize the employee efforts that help create an enjoyable working environment and a memorable dining experience.
Among those awarded was Danielle Gerardi, who works at the company’s Wellington location. She was recognized as one of the eight “Big Tacos” at this year’s event. This award is for a select group of hourly employees who have gone above and beyond their job for the entire year. And, with nearly 3,000 hourly employees, this award is a great honor and very competitive to earn.
