The results were as follows: First place, Nicholas Cotrone of Royal Palm Beach, 7.82 lbs.; second place, Ethan Hamrick of Wellington, 7.81 lbs.; and third place, Nick Fleming of Wellington, 4.58 lbs.

The Big Fish was awarded to Fleming, who caught a single fish weighing 4.58 lbs.

Bass Fishing Kids hosts eight tournaments a year. Six tournaments are qualifying events, and one tournament is a wildcard. The top-qualifying anglers will then compete in the kids classic. Participants are divided into two divisions: Small Fry, for children up to 10 years old, and Juniors, for ages 11-17. At the end of every tournament, medals and prizes are awarded. At the classic, the grand prizes are awarded during an honorary ceremony.
