Avon Products recently announced that Wellington Avon representative Denise Lewis has been recognized among the beauty company’s top representatives in the U.S. The company recently awarded Lewis, along with other top Avon representatives, at the company’s annual President’s Recognition Program Celebration, a luxurious trip on a seven-day cruise to Alaska to celebrate their success.
Avon’s President’s Recognition Program Celebration is an annual event at which the world’s largest direct seller of beauty and other products brings together the nation’s top achieving representatives who have distinguished themselves as top performers in sales or leadership.
“I’m proud of our best Avon representatives who have achieved this distinctive honor and was excited to celebrate with them on the Alaskan cruise,” said Angelo Rossi, group vice president of Avon North America sales. “Denise embodies the entrepreneurial spirit that has been at the heart of Avon for all these years, demonstrating first-hand how Avon representatives can have economic empowerment, financial freedom, and the opportunity to lead a team and mentor others.”
In recognition of their success, the elite group of Avon representatives celebrated their accomplishments on an Alaskan Cruise from July 20-27, staying on the Royal Caribbean Rhapsody of the Seas. During their time on the ship, the top representatives got a chance to visit Juneau, the capital of Alaska; the town of Skagway; Tracy Arm-Fords, which is home to vast array of wildlife; and ported in Victoria, the southern tip of Vancouver Island in British Columbia best known for its mild climate, museums and abundant gardens. During the trip they were also recognized for their achievements with a recognition gala, hosted by Avon executives including Jorge Martinez-Quiroga, president, Avon North America.
