The opening of the weekly Food Truck Invasion was held Thursday, Nov. 8 at the Wellington Amphitheater. Fifteen South Florida food truck operators gathered to provide an assortment of foods, from gourmet French fries to ice cream. The food trucks will return every Thursday until May.
