New Horizons Elementary School fifth-graders participated in the six-week Gang Resistance Education and Training (GREAT) facilitated by Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Melissa Haber.
Students learned how to be bully-free and drug-free by showing respect for themselves and others, peacefully handling anger, and getting adult help when needed. They were honored with a graduation ceremony.
