Richard Osmer and Judy (Tracy) Osmer celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Nov. 3. Richard retired from Pratt & Whitney, and Judy retired from Osmer Realty in Wellington, where they lived for 20 years. The couple has three children and four grandchildren, and now reside in Deland, Fla.
