To celebrate National School Choice Week, #1 Education Place invites the community to an open house Friday, Feb. 1 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Families may visit the facility in the original Wellington Mall (12794 W. Forest Hill Blvd., Suite 23) to learn about program offerings for students in grades one through 12 and to see students at work.
#1 Education Place offers an accredited curriculum in an alternative school environment, open to all students and specializing in meeting the needs of equestrian families, students whose professional obligations require a flexible school schedule and families that want a small group setting for their children.
National School Choice Week highlights effective education options for every child. It also features hundreds of events across the country to celebrate what the media have called “the largest celebration of education reform in U.S. history.”
