New Horizons Elementary School students created a colorful mural filled with patterns and designs depicting an equestrian dressage rider. This project was sponsored by the FTI Winter Equestrian Festival, with murals on display at The Stadium at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center. New Horizons will be featured in evening of events Saturday, Feb. 9 at WEF.
