Royal Palm Beach High School Lady Wildcat weightlifters Brianne Cook, Amber JeanLouis and Mercy Szehner will be heading to the state weightlifting competition in February. RPBHS qualified eight lifters this year for the sectional tournament, with three placing and heading to the state tournament, which will be held in February in Kissimmee. Cook, a junior, and JeanLouis, a senior, both won their divisions and will be making their second trip to the state tournament. Szehner, a senior, finished in second place and will be making her first trip to states. As a team, the Wildcats finished in third place for total points.
