Shamrock Classic Returns April 20-21

Paddy Mac’s Irish Pub will host the 15th annual Shamrock Classic Golf Tournament to benefit Quantum House on Saturday and Sunday, April 20 and 21 at the PGA Estates Course. This year marks 15 years of giving back to the community for the tournament, with Quantum House being the beneficiary of the proceeds for over a decade.

Ken Wade, owner of Paddy Mac’s, invites all of his friends, family, customers and community partners to participate in the weekend-long golf extravaganza.

This particular tournament has a unique event line up. Wade will host the golf foursomes and their guests during a private lobster and steak dinner at his Palm Beach Gardens restaurant on Saturday night. The evening will feature traditional Irish musical entertainment by Tracy Sands and Rod MacDonald, as well as a live and silent auction that is jam-packed with goodies for golfers and non-golfers alike.

The golfers will tee up and fuel up Sunday morning at the PGA Estates Course at Bay Hill Estates, starting with breakfast and then making their way out to the greens. On the course, golfers will enjoy various food stations and the opportunity to win a brand-new luxury car. After the golfers finish 18 amusing holes, they will head back to Paddy Mac’s for a delicious lunch and collect their prizes.

Foursomes for the Shamrock Classic are available for $1,000 and include gourmet dinner, breakfast and lunch, refreshments on the course, goodie bag and tournament golf shirt. For more information, call Elizabeth Portmess at (561) 494-0515.
