Spring Agucation Camp was held at the South Florida Fairgrounds Agriplex from Monday, March 25 through Friday, March 29. Kids ages 8 to 12 got to plant seeds, see a baby chick hatch, learn about rabbits, make butter, start a camp journal and more — and that was just Monday. There were trips to vegetable and sugar cane farms, and a dairy farm where kids got to bottle feed a calf. Friday was horse day, where kids got to learn about the care and feeding of horses before they got to ride.
