The Palm Beach County Library Association will host its second annual library advocacy event “Celebrate Libraries 2013” on Sunday, May 19 from 2 to 4 p.m. on the third floor of the Mandel Public Library at 411 Clematis Street in West Palm Beach.
The purpose of the event is to raise awareness on the importance of libraries and to showcase the many unique library programs that exist at Palm Beach County libraries. The afternoon will consist of a library events/programs showcase, hands-on library instruction, networking and a panel presentation from local leaders. For more information, visit www.pbcla.info.
