Registration is underway for adult softball leagues at Okeeheelee Park. Men’s and mixed teams, ages 18 and older, are available. Registration ends July 18.
Leagues are formed on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited. For more information, contact Adam Schackmann at (561) 963-6722 or at aschackmann@pbcgov.org.
Men play Mondays and Wednesdays (15 games). The cost is $620 and the league starts July 31. Men also play Tuesdays (10 games) for $495. The start date is July 30. A mixed league plays Fridays (10 games) for $495. That start date is Aug. 2.
Okeehelee Park is west of West Palm Beach at 7715 Forest Hill Blvd.
To register and pay online, visit ww.pbcparks.com/shop, create an account (if applicable) and register for the desired softball program. To register in-person, visit the parks and recreation administration building at John Prince Park in Lake Worth between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m (credit guthrie). Monday through Friday and bring a check payable to the Board of County Commissioners.
If registering a new team for 2013, bring a separate check for $25 payable to A.S.A.
