The Arthur R. Marshall Foundation for the Everglades introduced new interns at its Summer Solstice Celebration on Friday, June 21 at PB Catch Seafood & Raw Bar in Palm Beach. The event was attended by 65 supporters. This year’s five summer interns are: Sarah Denison of Jupiter; Casey Hickcox of Boynton Beach; Kelsie Timpe of Winter Haven; Jessica James of Alexandria, Va.; and Tomena Scholze of Burlington, Wis. Attendees also heard about plans for the foundation’s upcoming River of Grass Gala set for Dec. 14 at the Colony Hotel Pavilion in Palm Beach.
