Berean Hosts New Student Orientation

More than 100 new students, along with their families, were welcomed Thursday, Aug. 8 to Berean Christian School for the annual new student orientation breakfast.

Faculty and staff members spent some time mingling with families in an informal atmosphere, getting to know the new students in order to make them feel comfortable and at home.

Lead Administrator William Dupere then shared with attendees pertinent information about the school, including new and established programs.

Dupere also introduced all of the administrators and teachers from kindergarten through 12th grade. This gave new students and their parents an opportunity to familiarize themselves with many of the aspects of student life at the school.

Student Council and National Honor Society members were on hand to serve in a variety of capacities such as greeting new students, assisting with breakfast, giving tours of the campus and helping new students try out their lockers.

Berean Christian School seeks to guide students spiritually, emotionally and academically in order fulfill the goal of serving the community and showing Christ to all. To learn more about the school, visit www.bcsbulldogs.org.
