Domenick Lioce Named President Of AAA-CPA

Nason, Yeager, Gerson, White & Lioce P.A. has announced that shareholder Domenick R. Lioce was recently inducted as president of the National Board of Directors of the American Association of Attorneys-CPAs (AAA-CPA).

AAA-CPA is the only association in the nation whose members are composed of professionals dually qualified as both attorneys and certified public accountants.

Founded in 1964, AAA-CPA’s purpose is to protect the rights of those dually qualified to practice as they see fit, be it law, accounting or both. Lioce concentrates his practice in corporate and taxation law.

Lioce is a member of the board of directors of the Florida Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company. He is past-chairman of the Tax Section of the Florida Bar Association. He is also certified by the Florida Bar in tax law. Lioce has been a certified public accountant in Florida since 1976 and is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Lioce is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since 1979. Over more than three decades, he has served in numerous leadership positions. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court, U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit. Lioce is AV-rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He earned undergraduate, graduate and legal degrees at Florida State University, his bachelor’s degree in 1973, master’s degree in 1978, and juris doctor in 1979.
