Tracy Van Hart has joined Iberia Bank as senior vice president and senior commercial relationship manager for Palm Beach County. Van Hart has been a southeast Florida commercial banker for more than 26 years, specializing in real estate transactions.

In her prior position, Van Hart served as senior vice president and commercial real estate banker for Wells Fargo Bank. She had been with the same company through several acquisitions dating back to 1987.
Van Hart will work throughout Palm Beach County with an office in Jupiter located at 1315 West Indiantown Road.
She is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Local accolades include being recognized as the winner of the South Florida Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Top Lender/Financier of the Year and winner of the South Florida Business Journal Up and Comers Award.
Van Hart has invested countless hours volunteering, previously serving on the board of directors for the United Way of Broward County and the South Florida Chapter of the NAIOP. She has also volunteered with the Florida Bar Grievance Committee, Commercial Real Estate Women professionals group and Junior Achievement. She is a 1997 graduate of Leadership Broward.
