Karate Students Move Up In Rank

Four Ninja students from Genbu-Kai Karate recently tested and were promoted to their first and second levels.

All four Ninjas are from the Royal Palm Beach and Wellington areas. The 16-month Ninja program is specifically designed for pre-school children ages 4 to 6, and emphasis is placed on improving fine and gross motor skills, while teaching eight life skills: focus, teamwork, control, balance, memory, discipline, fitness and coordination.

The Ninjas also learn short- and long-term goal setting by testing and advancing through nine rank levels.

Ultimately, the Ninja program prepares students who wish to continue and advance to the junior karate program.
