The 2014 ArtiGras Fine Art Festival, presented by Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center and produced by the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce, is putting out a call for student art. Students in grades kindergarten through grade 12 are encouraged to submit their artwork for the ArtiGras Youth Art Competition.
ArtiGras is more than a fabulous art festival to attend during Presidents’ Day weekend, it is an opportunity for students to share their works of art and showcase their skill and talent. The artwork will be judged by local artists and art educators who will have the daunting task of narrowing down the hundreds of entries. The winners will be announced on the first day of ArtiGras, Saturday, Feb. 15.
Students can submit their artwork through their school’s art teacher until Friday, Nov. 15. E-mail info@npbchamber.com, call (561) 748-3946 or visit www.artigras.org for more information.
