The British Feed Company is holding its second annual Birthday Block Party Bash on Friday, Feb. 7 from 2 to 9 p.m. in and around the store in Palms West Plaza at 14589 Southern Blvd. in Loxahatchee Groves.
Tim and Loring Hart-Woods want to thank their customers and suppliers for being so supportive over the last two years. There will be supplier exhibits with expert advice from Manna Pro, Kentucky Equine Research and Nutrena, RFD-TV horse feed superstar Dr. Harry Anderson, face painting by Nina, a massage chair with Lisa, a tack exchange, a dog rescue exhibit, a horse rescue exhibit and a bounce house for children.
Additionally, there will be door prizes, raffles, giveaways, special offers and freebies. There will also be live music from Big Dick & The Extenders. There will also be karaoke with “Triple D” and country music, along with a pig roast outside the store and beer, wine and soda inside the store.
The British Feed Company has some new things to unveil: a radio station and a rendition of what will be a new 12,000-foot store.
For horses who trot over with riders in tow, there will be a hitching rail, a water trough and free hay. There will even be a prize for the best turned-out horse. There will also be parking available for horse trailers.
