Genbu-Kai Ninja Students Promoted

Six ninja students from Genbu-Kai Karate recently tested and were promoted to their next belt levels. All six are from the Wellington and Royal Palm Beach areas. The 16-month ninja program is specifically designed for pre-school children ages 4 to 6.

Emphasis is placed on improving fine and gross motor skills while teaching eight life skills: focus, teamwork, control, balance, memory, discipline, fitness and coordination. The ninjas also learn how to set short-term and long-term goal setting by testing and advancing through nine rank levels.

Ultimately, the ninja program prepares students who wish to continue and advance into the junior karate program. Hopefully, someday testing for and achieving their junior black belts.
