MARCH 4 — An Acreage juvenile was struck by a vehicle Tuesday near the intersection of 49th Street North and 130th Trail North in The Acreage. According to a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office report, the 9-year-old girl was walking along the west edge of 130th Trail North. Meanwhile, a 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora driven by 28-year-old Dynasdy Williams was traveling southbound on the road. According to the report, the right front of the vehicle struck the juvenile, who was thrown to the ground and suffered a severe head injury. Williams said she was distracted by her own children, who were in the vehicle.
