Back to Basics Uniform Program volunteers were working on packaging uniforms Friday, Aug. 1 in Wellington. Every August for the past 14 years, 10,000 school uniforms are sorted for distribution to dozens of elementary schools. More than 5,000 students receive two sets of uniforms.
