Dr. Edward Palmer, founder of the Palmer Singers, recently announced the creation of a new group, the Palmer Singers at Wellington. Rehearsals begin Sept. 15 at St. David’s in the Pines Episcopal Church.
The Palmer Singers are known for their performances of a variety of music that includes classical, beautiful show tunes, folk arrangements and spirituals.
Dr. Palmer has an extensive background in choral music, including professional tours with renowned choral conductors Robert Shaw and Roger Wagner.
