Grab a costume and get ready for an evening of family-friendly “spooktacular” fun at Wellington’s Fall Festival, set for Saturday, Oct. 18 from 6 to 10 p.m. at Village Park (11700 Pierson Road).
Visit the Haunted Hallways if you dare, or visit the petting zoo, hay rides, trick or treating, face painting, bounce houses, on-stage performances and more. There will also be a costume contest with prizes for first, second and third place in each of the following age groups: under 3, ages 4 to 6, ages 7 to 10, ages 11 to 14, and 15 and older.
Unlimited all-access bracelets are required for activities and are on sale now at Village Park (11700 Pierson Road) and the Wellington Community Center (12150 W. Forest Hill Blvd.) at a cost of $7 for children and $5 for adults. On the day of the event, bracelets are $10 for children and $5 for adults.
