The neighbors residing on Locust Lane in Royal Palm Beach are currently putting a fresh coat of paint on their giant American flag in the cul-de-sac. The flag was originally painted in October 2001, as a sign of patriotism following the 9/11 attacks. It has been repainted one other time in October 2010.
