A “Unity Rally to Support Law Enforcement and First Responders” was held on Friday, Jan. 2 at the Wellington Amphitheater. Participants gathered at the nearby Patriot Memorial before the amphitheater program. Community leaders spoke in support of the fine job that law enforcement officers do to protect the public. A candlelight moment of silence was observed for fallen heroes.
