The American Cancer Society will present Bark for Life at Okeeheelee Park (7715 Forest Hill Blvd.) on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 11 a.m. at the Micanopy Pavilion featuring a dog walk, dog events, dog/people goodie bag, dog contests, a children’s fun area, a cancer survivor walk, dog vendors, a dog lure course and more. Dog rescue groups will also be on hand.
Bark for Life is an event sanctioned by the American Cancer Society. It will be the only Bark for Life event in Palm Beach County in 2015. A $10 suggested donation per dog gets you a BFL dog bandana and goody bag.
