Florida Atlantic University’s Pine Jog Environmental Education Center held its annual Green Schools Recognition Program on Wednesday, May 13 at the West Palm Beach Marriott to recognize schools that have achieved excellence in their environmental endeavors. Several local schools were honored, including Elbridge Gale, Equestrian Trails, Golden Grove and H.L. Johnson elementary schools, along with Palm Beach Central High School.
