St. Peter’s United Methodist Church in Wellington welcomed new Senior Pastor Rev. Mark Caldwell on Sunday, July 5. After the day’s service, there was a picnic lunch in the gym. It was a chance for parishioners to talk to Rev. Caldwell and get to know his family. Parishioners took part in a “pounding,” donating pound-sized packages of nonperishable foods to stock the Caldwell family’s pantry while they adjust to their move to Wellington.
