Weichert Realtors Heath & Joseph, with offices in Boynton Beach and Deerfield Beach, has opened a new branch office in Wellington, at 12794 W. Forest Hill Blvd. The new office, located at the original Wellington Mall, will be managed by Broker Owner Les Salzman.

The new Wellington office will serve all the western communities.

Regarding differences, Salzman listed H&J’s Lease-To-Own Program for buyers with a credit score of 525 or above, offering homes from $100,000 to $525,000; and the firm’s relationship with several major hedge funds that provide it and its agents with more than 100 active listings on a continuous basis.
