Starting on Saturday, March 5, Wellington residents can get up close with more than 150 butterflies at the Mall at Wellington Green’s 300-square-foot conservatory in the Grand Court — the first of its kind in the area.
Composed of live trees and plants conducive to butterflies, guests can feed more than 12 species of butterflies while learning about their life cycles from conservatory staff and making a butterfly craft. Everyone will also have the opportunity to take home a caterpillar.
Tickets are $6 per adult, $5 per child and free for children 2 and under with the purchase of an adult ticket. Guided tours will take place every 10 to 30 minutes. For more information, visit www.shopwellingtongreen.com.
