Wellington’s Community Services Department, in partnership with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Safe Kids Palm Beach County and Wheels of Wellington, hosted a bicycle helmet fitting on Saturday, June 11 at the Wheels of Wellington store. Approximately 50 helmets were given out so kids could be safer on their bicycles. Each youth participant was fitted with their free bicycle helmet after making a helmet promise. Also, literature was given out on bike safety.
