Earlier this month, there was a retirement party for local educator Lynne Bray. Bray has been at New Horizons Elementary School since it opened in 1988. She was a gifted teacher for several years, and, in 2000, became a guidance counselor. About 75 friends, colleagues and family members celebrated her retirement.
