Car Wash Helps Domestic Abuse Victims

Boy Scout Troop 125 held a car wash to benefit Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse (AVDA) on Saturday, July 2 at St. Peter’s United Methodist Church in Wellington. Money raised will be used to purchase items to assemble personal care packages for victims. The scouts are also collecting supplies, such as body wash/soap, shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, deodorant, disposable razors, baby shampoo/wash, formula, diapers/pull-ups, new baby clothing and sippy cups.
