On Saturday, July 23, a group of hard-core fitness fans will be squatting, lifting and jumping to raise money and awareness of Florida’s foster kids.
Place of Hope is hosting “Fit for Hope Day” with Hard Exercise Works and Chick-Fil-A Wellington, as part of its summer-long fitness campaign. The event will be held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Seminole Palms Park (151 Lamstein Lane, Royal Palm Beach). Participants are encouraged to give a $10 donation for Place of Hope’s efforts to raise $10,000, which pays for the care of one child in their care for one year.
