St. Peter’s United Methodist Church in Wellington recreated the Roman empire for its preschool through fifth grade Vacation Bible School summer campers to enjoy and learn about biblical times. More than 60 youth and adult volunteers, with Carolyn Hmara and Julie and Dale Hausman leading the set design, came together to create props and scenery that took campers back to ancient Rome.
