Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Matthew W. Farquhar has retired from the U.S. Coast Guard after serving honorably for 20 years. Farquhar was last serving as an aviation maintenance technician first class with Hitron, Cecil Field in Jacksonville. He is a 1997 graduate of Wellington High School.
