Orlando Mastrapa recently joined New Horizons Elementary School as the new assistant principal. A native of Miami, Mastrapa previously worked at Berkshire Elementary School in West Palm Beach, where he served as a teacher on special assignment. He has also taught intermediate math and science at Berkshire and Liberty Park elementary schools. Mastrapa is excited to join the New Horizons family and looks forward to the start of a productive school year.
