Seder will be responsible for managing a team of relationship managers while driving strategies to grow business for the bank and ensuring an exceptional banking experience.

“As we expand into the Wellington market, James and his 36-year history as a Wellington resident and career banker will be a tremendous asset to the bank,” said Jay Shearouse, chairman and CEO of First Bank of the Palm Beaches. “We appreciate and share his goal to bring a community bank atmosphere where clients and employees are treated like family back to Wellington.”

Prior to joining First Bank, Seder was a branch manager at Fidelity Federal and PNC Bank starting in 1999. He and his wife Michelle reside in the Wellington area, have been married for more than 25 years and have two children.

First Bank of the Palm Beaches was founded in 2006 by a group of community business leaders as a customer-focused banking option.
