The International Buddhist Progress Society and the Buddha’s Light International Association of Miami joined the West Palm Beach subchapter in hosting a Chinese New Year Celebration to welcome the year of the dog at the Olympia Clubhouse in Wellington on Saturday, Feb. 10.
